I got what I wanted.
I was not pleased at all with last aspects of the process. information at the last step prior to the actual closing were poorly communicated. There appeared to be some confusion about an additional item needed. After contacting Mr. Becks and finding out that there was an internal mistake which he was not aware and resulted in having to reschedule the closing. In addition it seemed like the total process took much longer than initially stated. In fact it required an extension of time.
The loan process from the very beginning to closing was smooth and cleancut! Closed early even with Thanksgiving holiday in between.
I’m so frustrated of this whole transaction which took us over four months to wrap up. I can write for hours but long story short, this was the most difficult and unpleasant experience of my whole life dealing with such unprofessional fellows who know nothing about basics of mortgage industry. Lack of communication!!!! was the most important one.
The communication was poor during a difficult closing process. We scheduled our closing 4 times and it was canceled due to the mobile notary not receiving the paperwork in time. No one called to communicate this with me I had to call and track down someone to talk to each time to figure out what was going on. Additionally, people would say they would call me back and then NEVER did. It was so frustrating!
The timeline was longer than stated and same documents were requested more than once. New documents were needed because the timing was longer than expected.

We experienced identify theft after submitting our application, the process told too long and the cost was more than anticipated
