The process was very, very long and tedious. At times it took days before I heard back from a pennymac representative.

Have my paperwork fixed in one of the 5 times I tried to get it fixed, loan officer to understand the numbers on paperwork and understand how they were wrong, I thought she should of been the expert. a lot of time wasted calling and emailing about my issue. Problem is still not fixed

Raven had excellent communication up until the end. When I received my final closing documents, I had some questions. I sent Raven a total of three emails and never received a response. I even sent Adejumoke Dosunmu an email, and copied Raven, stating that she had not responded. Adejumoke Dosunmu immediately responded to me and stated that he would have Reven followup with me. Yet, I never have received a response for Raven. She was MIA.

Our loan servicing agent changed mid process and from then on communication was lacking. The agent that took over messed up the closing process and our original attempt to close was cancelled and we had to hear about it from the notary. Only one attempt from a PennyMac rep was made about that and when trying to reach out no one answered. While we still closed on time, it made the whole experience negative.

Everyone was so helpfull. Mariely Delgado was extremely helpful and got back to me immediately She made it all very easy and stress free. I didn’t have to worry at all

PennyMac Loan Services was able to get me started with my refinance process and everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. This was my first time doing a refinance and my questions were always answered. I didn't feel any pressure and was given all the information up front.

closing did not happen until 6 weeks after the original target date. it was a simple refinance for 1/4th of the appraised value. the approval process took 6 weeks longer. this delay impacted the projects we were using the extra funds for. very inconvenient.
