Aida did not answer in a properly matter time. Communication was not the best. I know we are I. Hart times due to covid but I expected more from her. Her attitude voice was Not the best. She was always short on her answer and not ask for anything else we needed. I really wish I had someone else to help me.

Very easy loan process.....would suggest you allow one to see what they have downloaded on on your portal....portal did not provide (or at least it wasn't very clear) the updated status of loan process
