Blen, reacted to any and all respect very fast. The only problem I have with Penny Mac is that you are over automated, and some of your stages took way too Long. If not for my Blein this loan would have been a Nightmare .

Closing was on the forecasted closing date before the final approvals were done, my VA funding fee was initially Not included however a note was added to the file and the process worked and the VA eligibility letter was garnered and the VA funding fee discount applied. Emails came through on time. Rachel did a great job once the process began to keep me updated.

The Mac portal has 2 different sites which makes it very confusing. Also, the document request tabs do not identify what exactly is needed. Blen spent more time in the process trying to find information to satisfy my requests.
