My experience was fast and smooth. The online documents were easy to use and really streamlined the whole process. I highly recommend PennyMac for home refinancing!
It went just as it was layed out
The process took way too long. Calls were not answered and always directed to the same mailbox. It seemed like PennyMac only employs one person. While I was signing the closing documents I had questions. The notary’s attempts to reach someone and mine went no where. I felt Aida was a bit curt but tried to understand the pressure she must be under. Hire more people. Be response on a timely basis.
The woman, Blen Alemu made the process pleasent. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Thanks for everything.
The communication is poor. It is almost impossible to reach a live person.
