Long processing time. Overall result ..good.
Danyell, was very professional. She answered all my questions and told me what to expect during this process. When I counldn't reach Ryan Tang and Danyell stepped right in, emailed him and he responded. Ryan Tang had also told me about no cost closing, but when I saw the documents, there was a 1000,00 cost expected at closing. Danyell, again was able to have it changed so, we had no out-of-pocket expense. Danyell is one of your best agents. Thanks, Mike and Tee

Overall, Jacob Rogers was incredibly helpful--very prompt in responding to my inquiries, very professional and knowledgeable, etc. He was among the most effective, professional customer service representatives I've ever interacted with. I was frustrated at how long it took to complete the whole process. It seemed that the last step took longer (nearly two months) than all the previous steps combined, and I'm not entirely sure why that the case.
The procedure was easy to follow. Most request for information was done by email. Penny Mac has a great system to upload your documents on a scanner from your computer. Communication that copies were received was great. Overall a very pleasant experience. Ivan and Jesse did a fabulous job.
Jesse was attentive, professional, and patient. He answered my questions with patience and humor.
