Humans to answer phones. Not asking for the same documents over and over. Having calls and emails returned timely. Getting amount needed for closing before the Actual day of closing. Better communication..

The procedure was easy to follow. Most request for information was done by email. Penny Mac has a great system to upload your documents on a scanner from your computer. Communication that copies were received was great. Overall a very pleasant experience. Ivan and Jesse did a fabulous job.
