As a business owner it was the worst experience I have ever had. You asked for federal tax returns, balance sheets, profit & loss and kept asking for more of the same throughout the process at three or four different times, first for June, then July, then August, then September, this was just for Enova, here we go with my other company Holkem, more of the same. Then a mortgage statement for Wells Fargo for my home. Always a "URGENT: Request for Missing Documents". Then there's more,

I appreciated dealing with specific individuals even though the process was totally on line except for final closing. The closing was also handled very well.
Your phone system is very bad. The directory does not included the names of the people assigned to my account and I would be randomly thrown into mailboxes of people I have never heard of. I went for weeks without hearing from the macteam and had to complain of no response several times before I actually recieved a proactive email setting an inaccruate time frame for my closing. I was asked to resend documents repeatedly. I'm glad to have closed but will never recommend your business.
Clear communication, straightforward process.
I was originally led to believe that since we originally got financing less then two years ago that we would most likely not have to have the property assessed again. After we started the process we were told it was required, even though we were refinancing with the same mortgage holder. Frankly, I was annoyed, especially during Covid 19. I felt it was not necessary and potentially dangerous, and just an attempt for more money to be paid out.
I was able to reach Raven most every time I called. She did her best to help find answers to my questions. Overall a good experience.
Overall, Jacob Rogers was incredibly helpful--very prompt in responding to my inquiries, very professional and knowledgeable, etc. He was among the most effective, professional customer service representatives I've ever interacted with. I was frustrated at how long it took to complete the whole process. It seemed that the last step took longer (nearly two months) than all the previous steps combined, and I'm not entirely sure why that the case.
Jesse was attentive, professional, and patient. He answered my questions with patience and humor.
