Danyell, was very professional. She answered all my questions and told me what to expect during this process. When I counldn't reach Ryan Tang and Danyell stepped right in, emailed him and he responded. Ryan Tang had also told me about no cost closing, but when I saw the documents, there was a 1000,00 cost expected at closing.
