The loan took much longer than what was told to me initially. The system asked me for same documents 4 times, which delayed over 2 weeks.
All the reps were super helpful. Patient and talked through each step, stayed in touch and gave me regular updates, even smoothed out a few technical difficulties with e-signing.

It was great experience the closing was confusing since they made me wait a whole day for the closing and they didn’t close on that day and have no idea what was going on. Until two weeks later received a call with a new closing date. I think this situation should be communicated more to avoid confusion.
I felt like I could not get in touch with anyone when I had a question about my rate being locked. I left messages and emails. Now I'm confused as to how to log into my account to pay the mortgage on December 1. I have not received any instructions on how to do so. I have only received emails about the loan being funded and funds electronically disbursed and now a survey twice. I was waiting until I got info on how to log on to my account with my new loan number and pay my mortgage bf comp
