There were to many emails from multiple team members which lead to confusion on our part on who was handling the loan. Calling from home on our end was a nightmare. It was impossible to contact someone directly no matter what number we called. All calls lead back to Rebecca's voice mail and we were then contacted back by Rebecca at her convenience.

She was great. Very responsive. Only issue (unrelated to her) was not informed of HUD fees until closing

From start to finish the streamline refinance of my FHA was easy. I provided the necessary documentation and they took care of everything. The team kept me updated on where the application was in the process and I closed 6 weeks from the application date.

Nobody was available during closing to answer our questions. Royal, our loan officer, was condescending and rude in emails when we asked for some clarifying information. I will not use penny Mac in the future nor would I recommend it. We felt Royal pressured us for a timeline and blamed us for a time constraint when he was unavailable and didn’t provide the requested information. We would prefer an apology for the horrific service.

Katelyn Shea, Outstanding always notifying and explaining the process of refinancing. Believe me there were times when I just wanted to give up but Katelyn would again explain the process of refinancing and always assuring me.
