Jericha was great. We had some missing documents that delayed the loan and changed my cash to close. However, she got credit issued to me and cleaned up the mess between the processor and Penny Mac. We had a missing PUD and nobody told me. That delayed the closing and if I would not have called to check on the funding, there would have been even more delay as nobody contacted me to tell me there was an issue. That was disappointing.
Everything went so smoothly. Since it was a refi we did not have to submit paperwork that was already in our file. Unlike some other mortgage companies.
Barbara was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process, was able to communicate effectively and timely to my request. Even with the delay I knew she was working extremely hard on my behalf to get this done for me and my family. We thank you Barbara and I hope that Tampa is warmer than Seattle!!!! Thanks again!!!!!

Everything went great. Time was short, communication and needs where upfront and easy to meet.
My questions were promptly answered. I had a particular document due from me and started to give up on the loan but due to constant communication, I was able to get the document and complete the application process.
Brandon was great- he at least got us to the finish line. We started with Victoria Zelner and got passed around to multiple people without explanation until Brandon came in the picture. The timeframe for closing seemed long based on what was explained to us, and ended up paying 2 months of mortgage waiting for this process to finish. When we tried to schedule the notary with Victoria, our communication was missed or ignored resulting in more delays (and a 2nd mortgage payment).
