Slow to respond to emails. Got duplicate automated emails.. once 10 times in 5 hours. Got 5 payoff statements in the mail with no explanation. Overall took longer than initial expectations.
Everything went so smoothly. Since it was a refi we did not have to submit paperwork that was already in our file. Unlike some other mortgage companies.
Thifanie T did an outstanding job with her patience and communication. She was always prompt to reply and kept be updated on a weekly basis even if there was nothing new. She made me and my time feel valued, engaged and respected with her timelines and support. The Notary, Mr. Jones was pleasant, professional and helpful. His attention to detail, patience and information made the final closing smooth and easy. Thank you.
Barbara was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process, was able to communicate effectively and timely to my request. Even with the delay I knew she was working extremely hard on my behalf to get this done for me and my family. We thank you Barbara and I hope that Tampa is warmer than Seattle!!!! Thanks again!!!!!

Everything went great. Time was short, communication and needs where upfront and easy to meet.

She went out of her way to answer all my questions. I have a very busy job and a very busy practice and she was patient with me until I was able to get back to her about something related to my loan. (I believe it was signing) I believe if it wasn’t for her, my loan Application would've stalled I have been canceled.
Brandon was great- he at least got us to the finish line. We started with Victoria Zelner and got passed around to multiple people without explanation until Brandon came in the picture. The timeframe for closing seemed long based on what was explained to us, and ended up paying 2 months of mortgage waiting for this process to finish. When we tried to schedule the notary with Victoria, our communication was missed or ignored resulting in more delays (and a 2nd mortgage payment).
