Process went very smooth and they worked with my closing date with me having a high risk pregnancy.
Every detail was handled in a professional and timely manner . I could not be more pleased with the penny mac team that I worked with. I highly recommend them.
Had follow up calls every week to check on me and give me updates. Closed earlier then expected. Came to my house to sign and close on loan.
