Dear Representative: "Regarding the VA IRRRL process; much respect and gratitude to the Front Line Staff- Loan (2) Loan Officers, M. Cody & T. Summers, for their reliable communication, offering helpful insights and demonstrating professional knowledge concerning my many questions! Of note; the Loan Processor Ms. S. Grant was especially on point throughout the entire process..She was in a different Time Zone and yet Ms. Grant return my Phone Calls and answer my questions Early AM or Late PM! WG

A couple of emails at the end of the process were never replied to. Our closing documents misspelled my husband's name, which is one of the things I tried to correct before closing. He had to strike and initial every page that required his signature. I received phone calls at 7:15 am on a Saturday, but when I returned the call had to leave a VM and never received a return call.
