Outstanding service!
The loan processor, Mrs Wiggins was excellent. However. that title company, Old Republic was ridiculous.
There were several issues with scheduling and the title company. I don't hold Penny Mac completely responsible for the actions of the title company, but I found my self often being the direct conduit to the title company rather than Penny Mac. I'm currently assigned overseas with a seven hour time difference, as a result, I often received calls in the middle of the night, or closings were rescheduled because the title company was attempting to work with me rather than Penny Mac.
Experience was smooth and easy.

I’m getting collection calls during the process when I was clearly told twice that I would not need to pay the September or October payment. Banging my credit score is not good business practice!!
My issue is not with Ms. Kane. My issues were with Angel in the initial applying for my loan. Everything was all messed up and I really had to push to get things moving. In so far as I even had to elevate my concerns to the supervisory level. So again it wasn’t Jericha. She was professional, accurate with her answers and she was Happy to assist me. My frustrations are solely with Ranjnesh Prasad. I never want to have to deal with her ever again
The loan processing agent Marcia Wiggins was outstanding and extremely helpful throughout the loan process. The problem is the loan officer Ryan Tang. He was beyond TERRIBLE. He never answered my questions. He also LIED to me abt not paying for Aug and Sep once the loan closed in Aug. I closed in Aug and yet pennymac reported me to the credit bureau for delinquent payment which caused my credit score to drop heavily abt 84 points and he didn't care. Such a terrible loan officer. I will NEVER
Barbara was great - a few times it took her a while to get back to me, but I understand there are many people trying to refinance. The Title Company was ridiculous. My closing was rescheduled at least 5 times, maybe 6. They didn't come when they were supposed to be here, once they came later than scheduled - and at 8:30 on a Saturday night, I had no way to obtain secure funds. If it weren't for Barbara's patience and perseverance, I would not have completed the process.
