Tiffany is who helped me threw the whole thing . I was waiting for a call back from another member who later I found out this person did not get back to me till I reached out to Tiffany and again not her department but she got me the help I needed . Please give this young lady a raise .
Regina and Rod were great. The service they provided was top notch. I felt like I was being treated by a boutique shop rather than a larger company. The refinance has literally transformed our lives and we are back into what I would call middle class territory. I hope rates stay low so we can look at refinancing again in the future.
It was fairly great it wasn't the best I felt like the rude to many different people to work with and a couple times they had to get back to me on things that I don't think they were clear about it was about a 7 out of 10 total experience so I wouldn't call it great but it was a good experience
Communication was not good at all. I asked several times for an updated pre loan closure and never received it. Brittany was nice on phone, but didn't follow through with my requests. Sev my orginal loan officer did a great job however.
I had someone contact me during each step of the loan refinance process. Documents were easy to upload to the website and whenever I called with questions the loan specialist would explain all the terms in simple language that was easy to understand.

The COVID-19 going on slowled the process down, due to no one’s fault. Every one did whatever they could do.
Jenny was right on top of all me needs and was so encouraging the whole way from Start to Finish! She called and emailed every week with the process and progress with our re-financing.
