Lauren was amazing. She was on the ball. My loan got shoved off on her after my loan officer was no longer with the company at the last minute. I was called by another person who claimed to setup my closing which turned out to be false. Lauren got it handled right away and we then the documents she was sent were wrong causing a second closing to happen. She was able to get to redone very quick. The ball was dropped and landed in Lauren’s lap she got it done. Her boss is slack no calls retur

The process was good and fast but the closing was not done on the scheduled day because people did not come and I had to wait another week to do it, and not having someone to do the translations into Spanish did not make some things clear to me.
