Always answered all of our questions right away and she updated us all the time
Its was a very easy process.
I referred 2 neighbors because the process was so great. Do I get any referral bonus? They both got lower rates than I did
Britney was great. The issue was with Jason who started the process. He said that we would owe 3200 dollars to close the old escrow account. We begged relatives to let us borrow that sum. We ended up not owing anything. This was very stressful and unnecessary.

I didn’t feel the loan office explained the delays to me. When I reached out to him. He had his boss reach out to me. He explained things a little more. My refinance still didn’t close on time. So wasn’t informed to make my monthly payments until I closed. When it did come time to close, the documents I signed were not the amount I needed to close. When I reached out to get more information, my email was answered. Communication for this refinance wasn’t the best.
