The team was great and followed through to make sure my loan was processed timely.
The process was simple and streamlined. Communication was pretty much all online, and made clear the necessary steps to complete the application. Closing was quick and professional. We have refinanced a few times in the past 20 years and this was the quickest and easiest yet.
The MAC team was agent DeAngelo was GREAT! He was prompt and consistently filled in where the loan officer was lacking. The loan officer I had, Rodrigo, was terrible. Hard to reach, never returned calls or emails and consistently provided wrong information or did not know the answers.
Realizing the nature of the re-finance surge, I felt the process was about right, as far as the time it took to finalize. Erica was very good at responding to my questions in a timely fashion.
