The process was simple and streamlined. Communication was pretty much all online, and made clear the necessary steps to complete the application. Closing was quick and professional. We have refinanced a few times in the past 20 years and this was the quickest and easiest yet.

The MAC team was agent DeAngelo was GREAT! He was prompt and consistently filled in where the loan officer was lacking. The loan officer I had, Rodrigo, was terrible. Hard to reach, never returned calls or emails and consistently provided wrong information or did not know the answers.

Having competent people working for penny Mac. Decreasing the work load or hiring more loan officers to handle the increase work load. Actually do their jobs and not answer my questions with presumptions and giving me false timelines and hopes because they didn’t actually know the answer or do their job in getting the right answers to me.
