I had two refinance loans processing with you. one is complete. I tried to get someone on the phone during closing about a couple of questions but they never called me back. still to this day. I have a 2nd loan I that seems to just have died. I paid for the appraisal and would like a full refund on that since I have been completely ignored in my attempts to speak with anyone and move this forward.

The communication was always off. I would call and then be put on hold for around 10-15 minutes then would have to leave a voicemail and get a call back at least a day or two later. Emails were also extremely slow in response.
I understand the current situation on COVID that too with multiple applications that are getting processed. Since multiple teams are involved right from application creation, processing, closing etc, there were delays in communication and also getting clarification was also delayed much.
The whole process was easy and straight forward.
The refinance process took longer than expected. When we finally were able to make and confirm an appointment to sign the closing disclosures, it was cancelled the day before. It isn’t easy for my husband to request a day off. It was such an inconvenience. We were given a credit back, but it’s just difficult to see past this issue.
