Cheree was amazing. I am so lucky to have been able to work with her. She sent a updated every week. Replied to voicemail in less than 15 minutes. I understand the current situation on COVID that too with multiple applications that are getting processed. Since multiple teams are involved right from application creation, processing, closing etc, there were delays in communication and also getting clarification was also delayed much.

The process took longer than usual but understandable given the low rates and the volume of applications. All interactions with agents were pleasant and informative. Raveena Taylor, my personal navigator, was awesome!
