Lots of issues with projected closing date versus actual closing date. Due to issues in financing and funding, our original closing date of 10/16/2020 as indicated in the notarized and signed closing documents, was pushed to 10/31/30. We almost had to make another payment on our current mortgage in order to avoid a late payment. This issue would not have been found if it was not for me calling our loan officer and asking why hasn’t my current mortgage loan updated to payed off.
