I had a very good experience with PennyMac, that’s why we refinanced with them! From the first phone call Macy was very very helpful going over different rates and monthly payments until we found the one that would work for us. Would highly recommend!

I was somewhat surprised that the payout amount was adjusted without my knowledge. I had expected a payment of $4700 or so but was only provided $2000. The explanation came late and was told it was cr3ited to principal with no follow up. Otherwise all good

From starting out Derrick was a huge help. And finishing off Nichole was a huge support. Information was there when needed and I had communication as needed. This is a hars time for anything in the world. Adaptation is what we all strive for in this new age. - Good rates - Daily was superb - Sanchez although she was super fast in responding (much faster than 95% of similar services: bank etc) , She did not explain the details well and sounded like she was not interested. Otherwise the loan came on time and she arranged the sginatures fast
