Brent went above and beyond to make this process as smooth and simple as possible. I had his direct number the whole time, which made answering questions a breeze. If he needed something and couldn't reach me, he'd leave a voicemail with crystal clear instructions. I'd submit what he needed, and he'd call back thanking me. The communication about the closing was very poor. I was not notified that a notary was not found until the day of. The notary was not sent my Document until minutes before she was due to meet us for the closing.
The closing cost went overnight from an estimated $350 refund back to me, to $705 final funds that I was emailed same day as closing that I had to pay morning of. I was upset about it going so high in 12 hours. then I wound up having my notary knock on my door asking for $1460!!! It was a Saturday so no one would answer my calls. Very stressful confusing situation that I hope to never endure again.

Couple of issues - There was request for flood certifications on website. But after repeated request for clarification I did not get a clean answer until I reached out to the loan officer. - Incorrect information about esccrow account was communicated. I was told that the escrow account will be used towards the loan. I knew that to be incorrect. But a less informed persoon could be mislead. Finally - the website is poorly designed. The consumer site is a disaster. The upload site is ok.
