The process went by pretty quick although I feel like they could return inquiries via email in a more timely manner. Overall it was a good experience

My experience was overall great. The only issue is initially I was told 45 days and it took closer to 90 days. Other than that, great experience. Raveena Taylor is the one who clarified the process and the expected timeframe. Specifically my experience with Raveena Taylor, she was on point. Communicated with me effectively and a timely manner.
Everything was smooth and felt easy because the PennyMac staff did the work well, efficiently, and clearly. We are thankful for such a smooth process!
Max made the process effortless even though we are experiencing a global pandemic at the moment. It took a little while but that was expected as everything is moving a little slower as we navigate this new world presented to us. I am glad we were provided with Max for our process, communication was on point.
Better communication, the rep was rude towards the end. Like I was a burden for asking questions. Still let with alot of uncertainty. Just unfamiliar with some of these processes.
Kelsey was an absolute pleasure to have in this process, she was very timely and informative, and made the refinance swift and easy.
