Horrible horrible communications. Took almost 5 months worst experience I've ever had with a major company
Lack of communication. It took 3 months to close. More than double what we were originally told. Too many unnecessary emails. Had to send the documents Multiple times. The whole process was drug out and it became a pain in the ass. We never had any Issues with pennymac in the past. The person who we originally started the loan with, Angel Potts was wonderful and very helpful, but things went wrong when she passed us onto Lauren Aslin.
It could not have been easier. The team was attentive and the process fairly seamless.
The process was much easier than anticipated.
