Better communication, the rep was rude towards the end. Like I was a burden for asking questions. Still let with alot of uncertainty. Just unfamiliar with some of these processes.

The team who were working for the processing of my application did a great job. They made everything easy for me from the start to finish. We did not have contact with hardly anyone until Erica took over our account process. We went from getting no answers at all to her contacting us and we closed within 2 weeks with her help. I was not even getting responses back on my e-mails until she stepped in. Erica seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful to her customers. I would give her a 10, but the experience prior to her helping would probably be a 4. Whatever you do keep her happy and working for you. She is a real asset.
