Brent made the whole experience less stressful and was available whenever we needed him to answer questions.
I just did refinance with pennymac. It took about 70 days. the lock was for 60 days so they extended the lock. the only issue i had was I didn't get clear answer from loan officer. It was hard to get hold of him. also, they kept asking for bank statement every day even thought I just sent it to them. However, working with Jazmyne (loan specialist) was great. She was very prompt in answering my question. i'll use pennymac again next time but I will also have a backup plan just in case.

Signing got delay 3 times. The whole process was 3-4 months long not the 1 that was promised at the beginning of the process. Jason avoided me when I was angry about situations going on. Was lied to about the closing costs. If I wasn’t already 3+ months committed to the process I would have cancelled and went else where with my business. Will be publicly advising anyone and everyone to avoid doing business with PennyMac of possible. Terrible terrible experience.
Great, albeit, lengthy experience. But, the outcome was better than we had been expecting. Kelly was great at promptly answering my inquiries.
