I was lost and did not get good communication until Maxwell Mitchell came along. I did not get good information from my loan officer. Emails were not returned, Phone calls were not returned. Finally, i spoke to a supervisor- their rate sheet was down (still waiting on that call to be returned). Max talked me off the cliff and saved the contract. Good work, Max. I wish you nothing but the best!

Initially, it took a LONG time for someone to respond to my expression of interest to re-finance with Penny Mac. I requested a call, would get a call from a tele-rep who would then ask me to wait to be transferred to a Georgia licensed mortgage broker/agent. Three times I waited a long time (> 15 minutes) with no one picking up the call. Finally, months later, I got a call.

Nick was great. He knew what he was talking about and helped with phone calls and prompt emails to help with the process.

The refinancing process was so easy with PennyMac. They are truly a great company to work with. They even sent a mobile notary out to my house for us to sign the closing papers; so convenient!
