The entire refinance process was without issue and every employee was such a pleasure to work with. Each one engaged me as if I were their only client and treated me not only professionally, but also with kindness and care. I highly recommend PennyMac- the whole process couldn’t have gone better! The customer service was great. However, I wasn't thrilled with how long it took to close. I believe we started June/July & didn't close until October. Theurty was wonderful at always calling me back promptly to let me know they were working on it & keeping in touch with me about items needed. He did a wonderful job.

The process took at least 6 weeks longer than it needed to, and ultimately cost us an extra $2000.00. Our original loan agent disappeared on us and stopped responding to communications. We eventually got our account transferred to a new agent, Antonio who did his best to finish all the work. Mostly it was a long a frustrating process. We had to send several pieces of paperwork over multiple times because the process took so long..
