Our loan orginated with PennyMac. We did not have to provide a lot of paperwork. We were able to communicate by email and phone when we had questions. It was so convenient to be able to sign our final loan documents in our home!

We were very pleased with the entire team throughout the process of our loan. Everyone was very professional and courteous and constantly kept us up to date, on the status of our loan. Everyone made the process seem very simple and it seemed easier than other loan companies we have worked with in the past. Everyone definitely made the entire process a positive experience.

First of all Erica was great. My disappointment stems from speaking with a representative earlier in the process & being advised it would only take a month to close when in reality it took us 2 months. Also, the underwriter had us send paystubs 3 times.

We refinanced our existing PennyMac loan, and overall, the process was very good. One the application was complete, we got a weekly email updating us with the status. There was a small issue related to escrow at the last minute, but this was resolved over the phone very easily. The only negative was that the process took longer than expected, due to the demand for loans.
