My experience in the beginning was nice till I paid the 100$ on application. After that the communication was poor, I wasn't getting the required help and had to spent too much time finding answers. After I raised complaints, Kelly L took over and things got better. Kelly L was excellent. Over all clarity and customer education can improve.
Great to work with Gavin and Erica. This refi was smooth and the information was clear and easy .
I would always say just okay, there is no way to make a loan refi a great experience. It’s a drag that requires lots of searching for paperwork. It isn’t realistic to expect a great process. I would rate it higher if I’d had a weekly report of the way things were going even if it was just a Hi, we know you’re waiting and haven’t forgotten you. Also I detest filling out surveys and dislike the pressure I imagine you’re applying to people who often don’t have control over all the processes
Cheree followed through with everything she said. When I didn’t understand why a specific request was made, she patiently explained it. I appreciate the service.
