Customers in general understand there are many refinancings taking place. But it would be nice to receive clear status updates when the time nears closing of loans. It was quite interesting that trying to teach someone approaching the last few days of the month is nearly impossible. Thx

Responses were a little slow. Multiple requests to get documents were needed. The pandemic probably did not help at all. The time line was way longer than expected at the beginning of the process.
