I had to leave a comment on Facebook to get attention for my loan to figure out when it would close. I continued to get the same response that it was held up due to title and the underwriting still had a review it.

Our recent mortgage refinancing with PennyMac went great. We worked with Macy Brown from PennyMac and she did an amazing job. She regularly kept us up-to-date on how the process was going and guided us on what documents she needed from us. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and was very knowledgeable and professional. She made us feel important every step of the way. She deserves a promotion in our book! Good job PennyMac Team!
During my refinance the closing was one month later than what was stated when we started the process. Given the timeframe was important to me I stated that at the beginning and was disappointed when your company didn’t follow through on their commitment. Secondly during the closing Max stated he would call me the day before to provide the information needed to issue a check for the closing costs. That day I did not hear from Max and no one would support me from the general team.
Glenn did a great job keeping me informed and following up on any questions that I had.
The process was easy breezy through beginning to end. Every one was super informative and helpful every step of the way.
I am so very satisfied for the processing of the loan. I am so happy that this finished within the time window I was expecting. I would like to thank the whole PennyMac team for their support to get this loan approved.
