Our recent mortgage refinancing with PennyMac went great. We worked with Macy Brown from PennyMac and she did an amazing job. She regularly kept us up-to-date on how the process was going and guided us on what documents she needed from us. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and was very knowledgeable and professional. She made us feel important every step of the way. She deserves a promotion in our book! The person aNthony I worked with for a loan estimate was beyond helpful and patient is returning calls and his responses. As far as the process afterwards the MAC person assigned to me was not knowledgeable at all And was not able to answer question when my paperwork was inaccurate two times
