Everything went very smooth. Communication was wonderful. We have never had a refinance go as well as this one did.

Throughout our entire experience communication was open and quick. Whether it be a question we had or any timeline information, status of loan application and so on. We were never unsure or concerned with any part of our process. Every Pennymac employee was professional and very pleasant to work with. We would and have recommended Pennymac for any mortgage or refinance needs to all of our family and friends. We hope to stay lifelong clients.
Communication with penny mac and ANY employee is HORRILE. It took me 7 month to close on a refinance, due to penny mac and its employees dropping the ball. I would NOT recommend penny mac to anyone. I am very unhappy with penny mac services. Tina Roberts
Emeldo was absolutely great (my loan processor). Specifically I give him 5 stars. The actual loan officer though was awful. I would give him one star or less if possible. He wouldn't call back until days later, would say one thing and do another, eventually when I asked questions he got hateful with me, and it ended up with an awful title company where you couldn't reach anyone.
If it wasn’t for Lauren Aslin I could have possibly pulled the plug on process. Without her calming influence the frustration could have got the better of me. Days after actual closing still getting requests from underwriting. Overall still a positive experience.
