PennyMac was my previous lender. The process was smooth, took around 6 weeks. Customer Service is consistently superior. Natasha was very pleasant, professional and efficient.
Customer service on original refinance was awful. No communication and messed up my loan. John was great to work with.
I honestly think that my issues only had to due with shortfalls that were no ones fault. They were due to limitations based on the Corona Virus.

The team was very clear in explaining the process from beginning to end. I received regular updates regarding whether or not additional documentation was required. Any questions or concerns I had, regarding closing date timing, were promplty addressed. Overall, this was a very smooth refinance experience.
Kami made it easy and personable. She was always prompt getting back to me and explained things thoroughly. She has a great sense of humor and great presence even over the phone. When I had difficulty with the title company responding to me, she stepped in and handled everything. It was a smooth process with her in charge.
Overall quick and easy process.
Closing was not within timeframe originally communicated. Over 2 months start to finish.
