My refinance experience was excellent! I usually dread these types of transactions due to the excessive amount of documentation required, however PENNYMAC had a streamlined process that made it simple and painless. I would definitely recommend working with Jason Hord and PENNYMAC to anyone who needs a refinance.

My experience with Molly Christmas was exceptional. My answers of five stars or higher refers to her only. I do not like the team approach by PennyMac because I had to deal with way too many people besides Molly. I received document requests over and over again from different people and it seemed like they didn't communicate between themselves. Even now there is a disagreement on the disbursement amount.

The simplicity of it all! Refinancing a home can become such a headache but PennyMac made it as easy as possible for us to complete and understand. The individual that sold me the refi was unresponsive to follow up contacts. Jason Hord was very responsive answered his phone and went above and beyond to help me. The process is awful. Filled with errors. I got the final closing disclosure the day of closing. I requested it several times. Closing delayed due to errors
