My experience with Molly Christmas was exceptional. My answers of five stars or higher refers to her only. I do not like the team approach by PennyMac because I had to deal with way too many people besides Molly. I received document requests over and over again from different people and it seemed like they didn't communicate between themselves. Even now there is a disagreement on the disbursement amount.
Everyone was very helpful and the loan process took less time than I anticipated. Great experience. Star rating: a five. Thank you very much
