Kami did a great job managing our situation and delay due to the person doing our home appraisal or not doing it. She worked with us and escalated tissues when appropriate. She did a great job!
The amount that I have been told during the loan process is the same amount at the closing. It would it be better to keep the same word until the end. Otherwise the loan process was great. Thanks!

The process went smoothly and closed on-time. I do, however, feel that I didn’t get the best interest rate...
Everything went smoothly we were very happy with the process.
Other than Kenney, I never hear from anyone during the process. I filled out an application, paid $100 and then it was crickets. I didn’t know what the process was and had trouble getting in touch with people. Calling someone to talk is a joke. I’d have to email and then wait for a call back, which isn’t helpful when you also have a FT job. Your agents think we’re all educated in theses processes and speak to me like I’m a loan officer. Please explain things better. That’s part of your job.
My experience with Molly Christmas was exceptional. My answers of five stars or higher refers to her only. I do not like the team approach by PennyMac because I had to deal with way too many people besides Molly. I received document requests over and over again from different people and it seemed like they didn't communicate between themselves. Even now there is a disagreement on the disbursement amount.
The process was smooth. Expectations and requirements were clearly communicated and the followup was exceptional.
Very great company went above and beyond my expectations this is our second home pennymac has financed for family and I wouldn’t have it any other way thank you!!!
