My Loan Officer Max made sure the whole process went smoothly. He would update me every week. Any questions I had he answered them very quickly. It was a pleasure working with him.
Communication needs to be prompt and accurate. I provided everything within 24 hours, and if I couldn't, had multiple surgeries during process I let loan process know. I constantly had to badger loan officer, escalated case and Nancy Milla was great to work with. But she was given wrong paperwork for wire transfer. Had to cancel transfer from going to Citibank and setup a new transer to Synovus Bank. Ultimately, the VP - Mr. Vitaly had to get involved. I understand the volume of loans. Bad 👎
The whole experience is very good. Anything that wasn't correct was fixed right away. Nicole provided an awesome service, and she was on top of everything.
PennyMac has always been easy to deal with and answer questions quickly and efficiently. Happy to be a PennyMac customer.
