I totally understand the large volume of loans that are being processed by all refi companies. The major issues I faced were determining the final cost to close numbers. There were three sums floating around during our process and I found it very hard to determine which was final. I did not receive the exact number until the morning of closing so it made it difficult to obtain a cashiers check prior to closing. All other aspects of the refi process were adequate. Thank you.

Easy to deal with
It was very hard to reach anyone either by phone or by email. My emails were not answered on one occasion at all. I was told it was “missed” which then delayed our signing and funding.
