I provided specific direction on my application and title due to a government run safe home program I am for domestic abuse all was ignore Louis was the only person who was responsive and listened to the issues that had been created by the other groups within the organization. As a finance professional who has purchased several homes, I know the process and I survived domestic abuse. I expected more!

Everything was clearly communicated and expedited from start to finish. All of our questions were answered in a timely fashion and there was complete transparency throughout, from start to close. Very happy with this transaction!
Easy to deal with
Only issue was that the loan didn't close as quickly as I was originally told, by about 2 weeks. I had to push to get it thru Final approval stage which it looked to be in that stage for 3 to 4 weeks. Everything Lauren did was fantastic, it was not her fault at all, I really appreciated her efforts and I want to thank her for her communication and her help!
