I totally understand the large volume of loans that are being processed by all refi companies. The major issues I faced were determining the final cost to close numbers. There were three sums floating around during our process and I found it very hard to determine which was final. I did not receive the exact number until the morning of closing so it made it difficult to obtain a cashiers check prior to closing. All other aspects of the refi process were adequate. Thank you.

Your appraiser, title co and underwriting show a lender paying to obtain a desired result. I provided specific direction on my application and title due to a government run safe home program I am for domestic abuse all was ignore Louis was the only person who was responsive and listened to the issues that had been created by the other groups within the organization. As a finance professional who has purchased several homes, I know the process and I survived domestic abuse. I expected more!
My wife and I got our questions answered in a timely manner during this process. Tony Torres, Ben Curcio and the team were always on top of their tasks. Even during weeks that there were no updates nor changes to our loan, Tony always called weekly to let us know that he was tracking and ensure we did not have further questions.
The entire team was fantastic. Jason Pliska, Brent Kapaun, and the notary Letrease McCarthon. This closed in record time and really helped us with our renovation projects. Thank you everyone.

The entire experience was super easy, from the the beginning to the end. Aubrey was very helpful and took extra time to search for our best option. He also was very patient because we couldn’t finalized it then and was able to work with us on our time. Regina was very professional and polite, she kept us informed weekly by phone and emails. And made sure if we had any concerns not hesitate. Pleasure working with PennyMac employees.
