The entire team was fantastic. Jason Pliska, Brent Kapaun, and the notary Letrease McCarthon. This closed in record time and really helped us with our renovation projects. Thank you everyone.
The entire experience was super easy, from the the beginning to the end. Aubrey was very helpful and took extra time to search for our best option. He also was very patient because we couldn’t finalized it then and was able to work with us on our time. Regina was very professional and polite, she kept us informed weekly by phone and emails. And made sure if we had any concerns not hesitate. Pleasure working with PennyMac employees.

Communication ,communication ,communication - phone never returned and emails never answered And information constantly changing with no explanation. It worried me daily I had no information to assure me where the loan was progressing or not. I had to keep on them daily. Glenn Manulus was the only one who I could reach And seemed to be looking out for my loan process. Before him no contact al all for weeks. And the fact that it took till July 30 to fund my loan which made me feel so stressed .

Cheree Payton was exceptional.She was always available to answer any questions.She went above and beyond for me and made the whole process easy.She made me fell that she really cared.
The entire process went very smooth until closing. I was given a date and time to close. That time came and went with no contact. It took three days to find out what happened. There was apparent a document flaw. It was corrected and the closing went very smooth. Just a little worried for those days. I'm old and maybe worry too much.
The first guy I worked with Ben was very informative on the process and my expectations but then my account was turned over to Maxwell. At that point I had no idea what was going on. I also received probably 10+ pay off demand notices in the mail. I didn’t know whether to pay my mortgage or not. I ended up just continuing paying my regular payment during the process. The money due at closing was also not explained. I first thought I would providing the check to the notary that came to my house.
