During this Covid-19 pandemic, it has been extremely challenging to reach customer service from many organizations. However, PennyMac created a team of individuals that were able to assist me through my closing process.
From start to finish, PennyMac made my refinancing a breeze. Ajanay kept me in the loop with any and all updates and would even check in with me just to say hello and let me know that things were moving along. If I ever had a question, Ajanay would promptly reach out to me to explain. I thought refinancing would be a pain and have a lot of loop holes but PennyMac made the process easy and Ajanay was a great contact to have along the way.

Working with Penny Mac was a great experience. Both Carmelita and Saviz walked us through the process and answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. We felt that we were guided through the process very well. They were patient and did not rush us through this. They do their jobs very well and really puts the customer at ease and makes them feel confident and comfortable with their decision.
