My closing date and time was scheduled and then we received a call 1 hour prior to the scheduled time to cancel.

During this Covid-19 pandemic, it has been extremely challenging to reach customer service from many organizations. However, PennyMac created a team of individuals that were able to assist me through my closing process.
I had a great, five-star, experience for my re-finance! The team was responsive and kept me updated all along the way assuring me that I had made the right decision to move forward with my re-finance. I found them extremely professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend PennyMac to my family and friends!

Working with Penny Mac was a great experience. Both Carmelita and Saviz walked us through the process and answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. We felt that we were guided through the process very well. They were patient and did not rush us through this. They do their jobs very well and really puts the customer at ease and makes them feel confident and comfortable with their decision.
