Antonio's was great and I really appreciate him and everything he did. I do not believe he is at fault and would give him 5 stars. Aside from him though, the lending experience was a nightmare! We had to do our signing twice. Cash to close kept changing and getting higher even though nothing had changed with our circumstances. Our loan didn't fund the first time due to error by PennyMac and then I had to spend multiple hours each week calling my loan officer or Tony to get things fixed.

Working with Penny Mac was a great experience. Both Carmelita and Saviz walked us through the process and answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. We felt that we were guided through the process very well. They were patient and did not rush us through this. They do their jobs very well and really puts the customer at ease and makes them feel confident and comfortable with their decision.
Molly did a great job of keeping me in the loop and getting my questions asked.
