My closing date and time was scheduled and then we received a call 1 hour prior to the scheduled time to cancel.
It was great working with Molly and My M.A.C Team. They are knowledgeable and very courteous. This was by far so easy to refinance my home. Everyone was great when speaking with the reps. It was a pleasant experience. Brittany kept me informed all doing the process. She was GREAT!! Thanks to all who assist
Better communication from the MLO, specially at the beginning of the transaction. Uploading documents was not as streamline as it could have been. I have to upload documents multiple times and there was no way to view which documents were already uploaded. Toward the end of the transaction things went smoothly.
I just want to thank everyone for being so helpful! From the beginning, working with Charles Shepard was a great experience. All the questions I had for him were answered right away and were on point. Tahirah Kelley was awesome to work with! Tahirah was very informative during the process, stayed on top of things, and superior with following up with any questions. Charles and Tahirah are true professionals! Thank you!!
