This company is so poorly put together I am surprised they remain one of the largest lenders for mortgages. We had difficulty from the start of the loan to the finish including errors that went uncorrected, late disclosures that went out AFTER our closing appointment had started, and poor and ineffective communication from all staff. They’re terrible!!!! They bought my loan from my original lender and After 1 year they made my monthly payment get higher $1k Tried to negotiate the loan for better monthly payments or at least keep the same amount as before. They kept asking me docs for about 2 months and for the last time after I send everything they’ve asked for they said they need to verify every large deposit on my account to see if I’m not a criminal even though they have the statements in their hands. Man, this is ridiculous!

Non-stop pestering! I ended up with a PennyMac mortgage after going through Veterans United. As soon as my first mortgage payment, I was receiving emails about refinancing. After only a few months, I have received countless emails with PennyMac soliciting their products. Each time I unsubscribe with no avail. I continue to unsubscribe and reply to the never ending emails requesting to end the non-stop emails.
