Rosario was very efficient and concise. Telling me exactly what I needed to know without any fluff and she was able to work diligently to get us to closing on the desired day even though it looked like we may have had to push it back. Big shout to her for her professionalism!

We have had nothing but confusion, long waits on the phone, thinking we corrected the problem only to have to call back and go through the wait time and explination of the problem again and then to top it off, they want to transfer me to the sales department for a refinance. We DID NOT select Penny Mac as our mortgage provider. We chose our local bank where we can stop in and get things square in a few minutes time. We have had our mortgage with Pennymac since approximately spring 2024. My husband was placed on active duty orders in February 2026 after only serving in reserve status. We contacted Pennymac regarding protections available under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), and our experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite providing documentation of his active duty status, we were informed that we do not qualify for SCRA protections. I love how the team assembled to help me, communicated with me and how they cared about making things smooth.
