First off, I gave all questions the highest ratings, why does the next page say "it sounds we have some opportunityies to improve"? I'm a procedure writer, and wrote in the banking industry for 10 years; it was just an observation :-) About our service...it's a shame you do not offer higher ratings on your survey!
