If I could give zero stars, I would. It is now January, and I initially signed my refinance documents in September. I was required to “re-close” three separate times due to errors on the company’s side. During one closing, the notary failed to include four required pages. I was later told not to worry because there was a “loophole” and that everything was fine. I was explicitly told my next mortgage payment would be due in December.
