I work with two of the most impressive loan personnel I have ever dealt with. Barry Morrow and Rashid Achsikazi are phenomenal and so courteous and professional. This has been the absolute best home loan we have ever had processed! Both men are hard working, prompt, and effective. You are a lucky company to have such outstanding customer service in them.

PennyMacs pattern of harassment, false statements, and repeated threats to take my home while actively working with them, is putting me under such extreme pressure that I strongly believe they are trying to drive me to kill myself so they can acquire my home.

Diana was awesome to work with from day one she made sure I had all the right paperwork she made sure I had all my goals met that I wanted to and she made sure the closing process from start to finish and just everything in between was awesome she was super communicative and answered any questions that I had at any moment. When I got transferred to the loan success team and Sandra Benavidez was my account manager I was more than thrilled and happy with the results that she had with me.
