Craig P was outstanding with helping me through the whole process. Very knowledgeable, was able to answer my easy questions and complicated ones. Was not treated as a number!!!!! STAY AWAY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LENDER. I set up an autopay after I moved in. However, somehow my 1st payment didn't go thru, that made me missed the deadline. As soon as I found out I made a payment right away. Since then I don't have any more late payment, and already paid more than half of the principle. I thought that my PMI would be eliminated. I called and a lady told me that bc off the late payment it could not be eliminated until after 1 yr. I gave her a reason but going no where. I gave up. I called again af... read more

I was so well supported during the process, from start to finish, that it was a breeze. Blake and Hilda are awesome! I would definitely recommend people to PennyMac for mortgage needs- and if interest rates go down again, I will definitely reach out to the team that successfully led me through this process.

Really Poor at handling loan, i started to refinance 3 times and the closing time they comeup with something or the other and ask to do new applications, poor mortgage Agents like Eric & Austin. Stay Away from this Lender
