My only complaint was the title company took a long time obtaining a payoff document. Other than that, it was pretty easy and the loan officer was pleasant to work with.

I've been with Pennymac since 2021. They were excellent until this year. First, I made a payment and got a confirmation online. A couple days later I got a non-payment notice so I messaged them and provided a copy of the confirmation. They responded, days later, and told me I didn't make a full payment because there was a late fee and completely dismissed the fact that I provided a confirmation.
