Only bad experience was that receipt of documents to closing company. Original signed documents were sent to us vs closing company which caused a delay in funds being dispersed.

Barry was very patient and thorough during the process. Unfortunately, towards the end we hit a road block in the closing process due to the delay of appraisal.
